MACKAY YOUTH HEALTH CLINIC

The free bulk billing youth health clinic is for young people aged 12-25. It operates 5 days a week, 2 hours a day. Just call in or preferably phone in for an appointment as times are subject to change at this time. Pathology and X-Ray are also bulk billed. YIRS health clinic is a confidential service for all your health needs. We also have a Psychologist once a week. Referrals are arranged by our doctors. Medicare permits 6 free appointments.

Some issues that young people come in and see the doctor about are things like pregnancy testing, Hep/HIV/Aids screening, Contraception, drug and alcohol problems, depression, lifestyle changes and relationship issues, Sexually Transmitted Infections and general health care

The health clinic is confidential, only the doctor involved and yourself are concerned.
